Team Overnight Accommodations

To maximize your fundraising efforts, our partners at Bike the US for MS prioritize cost-effective accommodations during our journey. We may stay in churches, college dorms, and community centers. There will be occasional hotel stays, but we try to keep overnight expenses to a minimum so that more of the raised funds can be given directly to NEALS.

NEALS will cover the night of September 18th for all riders in Pittsburgh, PA at the SpringHill Suites in Pittsburgh-Southside Works.

While Bike the US for MS strives to keep costs low, you have the option to arrange and cover the expenses for a hotel room independently, even when alternative accommodations are provided for the team that evening. Please note that if you choose this option, you will be responsible for your transportation and logistics to and from the hotel. The focus remains on maximizing impact and community support!​​
Alternate Accommodations
Most of the towns along our route are small and easy to navigate, so alternate accommodations—if you choose them—will generally be close to the group. We recommend bringing a small rucksack with anything you’ll need overnight and the following morning, as your main gear will remain with the team.
Riders staying off-site are expected to be self-sufficient when it comes to coordinating transportation, logistics, and check-in. Alternate lodging is at the rider’s expense and must be arranged independently.​​
